At Apache Nationwide Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your item(s) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.
To cancel your order, please contact us in writing (by email or letter) within this period. You do not need to give a reason.
Returning Your Item
- Once you’ve notified us of your wish to return, you must return the goods within 14 days.
- Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- We will issue a full refund (including the basic cost of delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or proof of return.
- We may reduce your refund if the item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
